Conducting Research into “Improving Social Order through the Exclusion of Fraudulent Records”
Fukuoka, Japan – Japanese blockchain development company Chaintope, has announced that it has begun collaborative research aimed at creating new business models using the public blockchain together with Professor Hiroshi Esaki from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo. The goal of this research is to focus on two particular characteristics of the public blockchain; the sharing of past data via the network participants, and the resistance of the data to falsification. Following this, various new systems and structures that are based on data that has its reliability secured by the public blockchain will be created in a number of different fields, as well as new business models that are based on these systems.
